Feedback from Course Participants

The Principles and Practice of Difficult Venous Access course equipped me with the essential knowledge to ensure safe, effective IV access for cancer patients. Covering device selection and vessel-health preservation, it filled gaps in my practice I didn’t realise were there. Evan’s interactive teaching provided a supportive space for questions and skills development. Everyone who manages vascular access should complete this training.

I’m so grateful to have completed the US-guided PIVC course. As a specialist cancer nurse, this competency is vital given the rise in patients with difficult vascular access and higher acuity. The online materials were clear and relevant, and the practical workshop consolidated everything in a fun, interactive way. Thank you, Evan and Kerrie, for a terrific experience.

A huge thank you for the time and effort invested in creating and presenting this course. It was comprehensive with a great balance of theory and hands-on practice. You have a real gift for venous-access education — thanks for sharing your knowledge with our small team in the sticks.

The DIVA course has been the most valuable training in my nursing career. The online component provided a solid foundation and the practical session was exceptional — directly applicable to everyday practice. I now perform these techniques almost exactly as taught, and my confidence in managing difficult vascular access has increased significantly.
